Our special discount prices are available only to user group members and their guests. If you are not a member of a user group, I would encourage you to find and attend a user group meeting in your area. We list many user groups in the User Groups section of our web site. I'm sure you can find one near you. While you are looking at the many products we have to offer you, click on the button next to any product that interests you to add it to your shopping cart. When you have all of the products you want in the shopping cart, complete your order by selecting . Most of our products can be ordered on a CD or as a download. We only ship CDs to locations in the USA or Canada and only charge $5 per order for shipping. If you live outside of this area, then you need to make sure you order the downloads only. We cannot ship you a CD. All orders are processed manually offline, so delivery of downloaded items may take up to 24 hours to be received and processed. Normally, this is handled in a much shorter period of time. Mail items are usually sent the next day and should arrive in 2-4 days in the USA. Mail orders to Canada may take a week to be delivered. Orders with payment by check will be held until the check arrives. Contact us if your products don't arrive in that period of time. Prices are shown in USA dollars only. We will charge your credit card that amount in USA dollars. The conversion to your local currency is done by your credit card company and not by us. If you are concerned about the conversion rate they give you, you need to contact your credit card company and not us. We accept the following credit cards only. We offer a full refund of your purchase price within 30 days if you are not happy with the products. Shipping charges are not refundable, since they were used to ship the product to you.
